• Introduction:
  The applicant who will go to China for marriage registration shall apply for a single/non-marital status certificate issued by Chinese Consulate.
  
  
• Documents required
  To get a single/non-marital status certificate, please prepare and send the following documents to us:
  

• The copy of your passport
  
  
• Authentication Application Form (G1 Form)
  Download here, print and sign it. One form per applicant.
  
  
• Notarized Affidavit of Single Status issued by a local notary public
  Download here, print and get notarization from a local notary public.
  
  
• Certified Affidavit of Single Status issued by the Secretary of the State Office
  Sending the mentioned notarized affidavit of single status to the Secretary of the State Office to get certified. So far, we only can serve the residence from the following 8 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
