• Your valid & actual passport
  The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.
  Note: Passport page 23 and 24 are not visa pages 

          and are NOT acceptable.

• Visa Application Form:
  Download here or Complete online, print and sign it. One form per applicant.
  

            

• Two 2”x2” photograph

           2 latest identical passport size COLOR photographs.

                          

• Invitation letter or Business letter:
  A letter from your company or the sponsoring organization should accompany the application. The letter should indicate nature of applicant's business, probable duration of stay, validity of visa, places and organizations to be visited and also a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses etc.

• Business Visa Supplement Form

              Download here, print out, complete and sign it. One

          form per applicant.

• For Non-U.S. citizens, the photo copy of valid U.S visa or both sides of green card will be needed
  

  Note: For Non - U.S. citizen, only 6 months

            visa will be issued.
